Serving Long Island, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, southern Connecticut, New York, Brooklyn, Manhattan.
Cool entertainment for your bar / bat mitzvah event!
Our professional artists will come provide graffiti activities.
There are 2 main options.
OPTION A - Large Collaborative Graffiti Canvas
A large canvas artwork will be made.
It’s an open activity for people to wander in and out of. First the station is open for people to come sign-in by “tagging” the canvas with their name.
Each person can spray briefly. Over the course of the event, the canvas will fill up with tags and they will start to overlap each other. Towards the end of the event, we will take approximately 45 minutes to conduct a live-painting segment. We will clean things up, and add details and embellishments. By the end, the canvas will have been transformed into a unique, attractive graffiti artwork for you to keep!
This is an activity station which will be open over the course of the event. It will be open while the event’s program is ongoing - it will not be an exclusive part of the schedule.
This option can support a larger number of people; approximately 30-40 people per hour.
Our graffiti instructor will use their discretion at the design. If you want to customize the design, then it might take more time or cost.
Here are costs:
The first hour is $800.
Each additional hour is $300.
The above pricing is for outdoors. For indoors, add $60 per hour.
The prices can vary slightly based on location.
OPTION B - Graffiti Workshop With Canvas Boards
This option is the same as our Graffiti Birthday Party.
This will take approximately 1 hour and everyone will participate together. It will be a scheduled part of the program that will have an exclusive window of time reserved for it.
First everyone will practice spray painting on 1 big canvas while learning some graffiti art basics.
Then we will have them each paint on their own individual canvas board. This will be done sitting on the ground.
Typically the participants will be instructed at spraying a colorful pattern or design on their board. Then the instructor will personalize it by writing the participant's name in a cool graffiti style, and then add some additional embellishments.
The canvas boards are a size of 16” x 20”.
Here are the costs:
It's $10 per person / canvas board, PLUS the following regional base price:
Long Island (Nassau County) - $490.
Southern Westchester - $515.
Northern New Jersey - $525.
Southern Connecticut - $540.
Manhattan - $550.
The above base price is for up to 10 guests. For 11-20 guests, add $275 for a second instructor.
The large canvas is used only for practicing. There will not be be a detailed final artwork made on the big canvas, because there isn't enough time. If you want a large detailed artwork on the big canvas - in addition to the individual canvas boards for each person - the artist can make it for you by doing a live painting. It will be an extra 45 minutes and cost an additional $150.
This can also be done with t-shirts or sweatshirts. You should provide the apparel items. The cost is $5 per person, rather than $10 person which is the price for the canvas boards.
Examples of prior graffiti art bar / bat mitzvah's:
Option A - large collaborative graffiti canvas. Guests wandered into the station and did some spraying. Then our artist live-painted the canvas into a final graffiti artwork. The graffiti canvas says "GOAT." Location: Shibly Day Camp, Long Island.
Graffiti for bat mitzvah. The clients had a logo for the party, which related to a theme of Asbury Park, NJ and the Jersey Shore. Each guest sprayed a small amount, filling in one letter. Over time, it all got filled in. At the end, our artist touched it up and finalized it. The clients now have a giant version of the logo to remember the party! Location: Short Hills, New Jersey.
Maya's bat mitzvah. Guests dropped into the graffiti station to do some free spraying. Then the artist painted it into a final artwork to take home. Conducted indoors - water based paint means virtually no smell. Location: Chelsea Piers, NYC.
Option C - Graffiti Workshop With Canvas Boards. Each guest made their own artwork to keep. A large graffiti canvas was also painted by our instructor, for the bat mitzvah teen. Location: 5 Towns, Long Island.
Bar mitzvah graffiti activity. Guests dropped into the station to receive a brief lesson. Conducted indoors - water based paint means virtually no smell. Location: Brooklyn, New York City.
