Here is the cancellation policy:
For public tours: you may cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours in advance, we will try to accommodate you. However we reserve the right to deny your request.

Your cancellation is valid immediately upon contacting contact us. You do not need to wait until you receive a reply. As soon as you send your message to us, it is valid. If you have contacted us with more than the allowed amount of time before your scheduled activity – you will NOT be charged.
For rescheduling – we will try to reply as soon as we can, in order to confirm your change.
Here is the fastest way to reschedule your tour (this method is only acceptable if it is more than 24 hours before your tour): simply make a new reservation online. Then immediately message us to cancel your original reservation – and provide your booking number so that we can immediately identify your original booking and cancel it.
For small-group private tours / activities: generally you may cancel or reschedule up until 48 hours in advance. If it is less than 48 hours in advance, we will try to accommodate you. However we reserve the right to deny your request.
For other custom tours / activities: the cancellation policy can vary, depending on the details. You can always inquire for us to inform you of the policy for your reservation.
Here is the reason for our cancellation policies: There is limited capacity. Once the capacity fills up, we will not accept any new reservations – so that it will not become overfull – so that it will not be too crowded for the existing customers.
When you make a reservation, we are holding the space for you. If you cancel with more than 24 hours before the tour – then we MIGHT be able to fill the space with somebody else. But if you desire to cancel within less than 24 hours – this is not enough time for us to reasonably fill your space.
This policy is designed to provide you with reasonable flexibility, while also being fair to us too.
